At 1614 Collective, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth shopping experience:
Refunds
• We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged during shipping.
• To request a refund for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide proof of damage (e.g., clear photos) and your order details.
Exchanges & Store Credit
• We gladly accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items, accessories, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
How to Request an Exchange or Return for Store Credit
1. Email us at claracarter547@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to exchange or return.
2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us using the address provided in our email response. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item(s), we will process your exchange or issue store credit.
Additional Notes
• Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
